1. Introduction
Welcome to BodrumConnect.
BodrumConnect is an independent local assistance and referral platform based in Bodrum, Türkiye. Our role is to help guests connect with carefully selected independent local providers for services such as private transfers, private boat experiences, historical trip assistance, restaurant assistance, local support, and lifestyle coordination.
By using the BodrumConnect website or submitting a request form, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of the Platform
BodrumConnect acts solely as:
- An introduction platform
- A coordination platform
- A communication assistance platform
BodrumConnect is not:
- A travel agency
- A transportation company
- A boat operator
- A tourism operator
- A restaurant
- A direct provider of tourism services
All services displayed, discussed, or introduced through BodrumConnect are ultimately provided and operated by independent third-party providers.
3. Independent Providers
All providers introduced through BodrumConnect operate independently.
This means pricing, availability, payment handling, insurance, licenses, operational compliance, and service execution remain entirely under the responsibility of the provider.
BodrumConnect does not employ or directly manage providers unless explicitly stated.
4. Requests & Coordination
When a guest submits a request, BodrumConnect may assist with communication, introductions, provider suggestions, and coordination support throughout the process.
However, BodrumConnect does not guarantee availability, pricing, specific outcomes, or uninterrupted service.
Final arrangements are always subject to direct confirmation between the guest and the provider.
5. Payments
At the current pilot stage, BodrumConnect does not process direct payments for services.
Payments are handled directly between the guest and the provider.
BodrumConnect is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or financial disagreements between guests and providers.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation policies, refund terms, schedule changes, weather conditions, and operational adjustments are determined solely by the independent provider.
Guests are encouraged to confirm all conditions directly with the provider before finalizing arrangements.
7. Liability Limitation
BodrumConnect carefully selects providers and aims to maintain a high-quality network.
However, BodrumConnect shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, property damage, transportation issues, weather disruptions, provider misconduct, operational failures, or any direct or indirect losses caused by third-party providers.
Any disputes regarding the actual service must be resolved directly between the guest and the provider.
8. Use of the Website
Users agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, attempt fraudulent activity, interfere with the operation of the website, or misuse provider contact information.
BodrumConnect reserves the right to refuse requests or discontinue communication where necessary.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, visual materials, logos, designs, and written materials belong to BodrumConnect unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
