Provider Responsibility
Last Updated — May 2026
1. Independent Provider Structure
All providers introduced through BodrumConnect operate as independent third-party businesses.
BodrumConnect carefully selects providers based on communication quality, professionalism, reliability, and local experience. However, each provider remains independently responsible for its own operations and services.
2. Operational Responsibility
Independent providers are solely responsible for:
- Service execution
- Operational management
- Scheduling and timing
- Pricing and payment collection
- Insurance coverage
- Safety procedures
- Licenses and legal compliance
- Vehicle, vessel, or operational equipment standards
- Customer service and guest experience
3. Communication & Coordination
BodrumConnect may assist with communication, coordination, introductions, and general guest support throughout the process.
However, BodrumConnect does not directly manage or operate third-party services unless explicitly stated.
4. Guest Responsibility
Guests are encouraged to confirm all final details directly with the provider before proceeding with any arrangement.
This includes:
- Final pricing
- Availability
- Insurance coverage
- Cancellation terms
- Meeting points
- Safety details
- Operational conditions
5. Limitation of Responsibility
While BodrumConnect aims to maintain a trusted and high-quality provider network, BodrumConnect is not responsible for:
- Provider delays
- Operational failures
- Accidents or injuries
- Property damage
- Provider misconduct
- Weather disruptions
- Transportation issues
- Service interruptions
- Third-party operational problems
Any disputes regarding the actual service must be resolved directly between the guest and the provider.
